Attendees are encouraged to submit a proposal for one of the contributed talks or poster sessions.
To do so is as easy as a pie:
- Registration for the conference (Registration tab),
- In your personal space, follow the link My submissions.
Please pay attention to the following instructions:
- The procedure is the same for proposing either a contributed talk or a poster. Please indicate which one you prefer during the submission stage.
- Each contributed talk should last 20 minutes.
- Please submit a .pdf file of no more than 1 page, everything included; the LaTex template provided during the submission stage can be used to generate the file.
- The deadline for submissions is February, 14th. Soon after, the organizing committee will gather and examine the proposals. In case too many proposals are issued for contributed talks, some contributions may be reoriented towards one of the poster sessions.
